Terms of Business.

Quay West Caravan Terms & Conditions & Cancellation Policy 1. A deposit must be paid at the time of booking and the outstanding balance payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday. Should a cancellation be made prior to payment of the full balance, only the deposit sum of £100 will be forfeited. If a cancellation is made after the full balance has been paid, 50% of the total hire charge will be payable. If less than 7 days notice of cancellation is received, then the total hire charge will be payable. This remains entirely at the discretion of the Caravan owner. Should your accommodation become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be given. 2. A £50 Damage/Cleaning Bond is included at the time of booking; this will be refunded within seven days (once the Caravan is checked)*. You must notify the Caravan owner immediately of any damage caused during your stay and the owner reserves the right to Invoice you for any damage which is not covered by the £50 Bond and this must be settled within 30 days.  * If any monies for damage/cleaning should be deducted, you will be informed in writing. In the event of a cancellation you must notify the owner in writing. Written notification must be sent recorded delivery. If we do not receive written confirmation of your cancellation (within time-scales stipulated above) before your holiday has commenced, no refund will be given. 3. Unless explicitly stated, the price you pay to rent a Caravan does not include any fees (Passes) that Haven Holidays may charge for use of their facilities on the Quay West Holiday Park. The fee you pay to rent the Caravan is for accomodation only. 4. The Caravan will be available to the occupant(s) during the period shown on the confirmation email received at the time of booking. 5. The Caravan is 6-8 berth and at no time must be exceeded. 6. The hirer of the Caravan must be 21 or older, and must be present during the occupancy of the Caravan. 7. The Caravan is only available for rent by families and responsible couples. The park will not allow all male or all female parties. 8. No pets allowed, if pets are found in the Caravan, you will be asked to vacate immediately and no monies will be returned to you. 9. Strictly NO SMOKING inside Caravan. If it is discovered that smoking has taken place inside the Caravan then you will be asked to vacate immediately and no monies will be returned to you. 10. The maximum hire period allowed is 28 days. 11. The area surrounding the hire Caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times. 12. Park speed limits must not be exceeded. 13. In the event of behaviour likely to cause offence or damage to other users of the facilities, the park management reserves the right to remove any offenders from the park without redress. 14. All persons using the entertainment complex must honour the Quay West Club rules. Membership is discretionary and may be withdrawn at any time by the park management. 15. Please keep noise to a minimum and show consideration to other Caravan owners and occupiers at all times. 16. Collection & return of your keys to be arranged with the Caravan owner prior to your holiday. 17. Litter and refuse must be disposed of in the designated areas provided by the park. 18. Ball games are to be played in designated areas and not between Caravans. 19. Please remove all dirty footwear on entering the Caravan. 20. Children are NOT allowed to use or bring felt pens and Play Doh into the Caravan. 21. Use of a barbecue is permitted; although we do not provide one. However, please keep it well away from the Caravan. Place on grassy area adjacent to the Caravan and clean area following use. 22. Do not disarm smoke alarms. 23. All electrical and domestic goods must be switched off upon leaving the van. 24. Duvets, pillows, sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers are provided but towels are not provided. 25. Please do not park cars on grassy areas. Please use tarmac driveway at all times. Use designated overflow car parks provided by the park if necessary. 26. We the owners will not be held responsible for any injury, death, loss of property, damage suffered by the hirer or any member of your party. Your belongings are also at your own risk during your stay. 27. Lost Property - If you leave something in the Caravan after your holiday; 1. You can send a stamped, addressed envelope or jiffy bag to our address shown at and we will post the package for you. 2. You can send a cheque to cover postage and package for us to send the item back to you. Any items that have not been claimed within two weeks will be donated to charity. 28. Photographs used on this site and/or in other advertising material may be representative of the Quay West site and general location (New Quay Harbour) and are not intended to depict exact Caravan locations.
