Frequently Asked Questions - If your question is not answered below then please Contact us. Q. How many Static Caravans do you have for hire and what are the specifications of each? A. We currently have three Caravans, two are three bedroom and one is a two bedroom. See HERE for details and images. Please note: All of our Caravans have a No Smoking & No Pet policy, our Terms are HERE Q. Where are your Caravans sited? A. Our Caravans are on the Haven Holiday Park ‘Quay West’ which is in New Quay, West Wales. Two are adjacent to each other on ‘Preseli’ and one is on ‘Gwynedd’. Q. Do your Caravans have sea views? A. Yes, All Caravans have good views of the sea and New Quay Harbour Q. Is there access from the Park to the Beach? A. Yes, Quay West is the only Park in New Quay with direct access to the Beach (five minutes walk). Q. Do your prices include Haven Entertainment passes? A. Our prices are for accommodation only, Passes available (all direct from Haven on arrival). Check the costs HERE If you have any queries regarding Entertainment Passes, speak to Haven on arrival. Q. What is the full address of Quay West? A. The full address and a Google Map is HERE Q. Is parking included? A. The three bedroom Caravans have parking bays for a single vehicle alongside them, the two bedroom Caravan has a parking bay at the rear and there are general parking areas close to each Caravan. Q. Do your Caravans have Decking & Outdoor Furniture? A. Two of the three bedroom Caravans have Decking & Furniture, one has lawn area and the two bedroom Caravan has lawned area with furniture. Q. What do I need to bring? A. See the next question and answer which highlights the items included in our Caravans. Bring your own Towels. Q. What facilities can we expect in your Caravans? A. An advantage of renting privately is you get extra’s such as; TV/DVD/Freeview/PS2 & Games. Bedding is included and all beds are made up ready for your arrival and there is loo roll in the loos. Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Squash for the kids is included. There is an Iron, Ironing Board, Vacuum Cleaner and Hair Dryer. A fully fitted Kitchen including all Crockery, Cutlery, Pots & Pans, Kettle, Toaster & Microwave. Q. Can you supply a High Chair and/or Travel Cot? A. We have Travel Cots and High Chairs and if they are requested (via our Booking Form) they will be provided free of charge (subject to availability). Q. Is there a Supermarket nearby? A. There is a large Spar onsite and New Quay town is a short walk from Quay West, however, for larger Supermarkets you should consider Aberystwyth (Morrison) or Cardigan (Tesco).  There is a full restaurant, Pizza parlour with delivery to your door and plenty of take away/pubs/eat ins in New Quay itself. Q. What other facilities are available at Quay West? A. Being a Haven Holiday Park you can expect excellent facilities including; Indoor/Outdoor Heated Pools, Amusements, Crazy Golf, Tennis, Archery and a Nature Walk.  Other activities are available, please check with Reception. Q. What entertainment is there on the Park? A. There is regular live entertainment in the Club House and there are daytime activities for the kids, Bingo and an indoor Arcade. Q. Do your prices include Haven Entertainment passes? A. As above (repeating here as this question is asked often) our prices are for accommodation only, Passes available (all direct from Haven on arrival). Firstly check the availability for the Caravan of your choice by visiting HERE click the ‘Check Availability’ button and follow the instructions. If you have any difficulty at all then please Contact us Q. How do I pay? A. using the Book Now option on our site takes you to Paypal (you do not need an account) where you can pay by Credit or Debit Card. Contact us if you would like to pay via other means (Cheque, Bank Transfer etc). Q. What time do we book in - book out? A. You will receive instructions in your Booking Confirmation letter, however, generally speaking we would ask that you arrive by 2pm (call Karen on arrival 07827 919270). If you need to arrive later than 2pm then please let us know in advance as we will be waiting on the park for you. Book out time is 10:30am on the day of departure Q. Do you do last minute offers? A.
